Certified Special Education Teacher
Crescent Lake School is hiring a certified special education teacher to join our team for the school year! Responsibilities include implementing IEPs, providing direct service/instruction with academics and social/behavioral skills, implementing positive behavior support plans, consulting with teachers and para educators, and facilitating the implementation of accommodations and modifications. Candidate must have a strong work ethic, be a collaborative team-player, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Full time position with benefits beginning the school year.
Qualifications:
Experience with best practices in academic and behavioral skills instruction for students with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior. NH certification in General Special Education w/ specific learning disability and/or emotional and behavioral disabilities endorsement preferred. Crescent Lake School is an elementary school in Wolfeboro, NH serving students in grades 3-6. Our staff is team-oriented, collaborative, and student-centered.
