Location: New Durham
Student Support Center Para educator
New Durham School is seeking a student support center para educator. SSC staff check in/check out with students, manage behavioral issues from the classrooms, lunch or recess, keep behavior data using an online platform, serve on our school behavior team, participate in child study team meetings, confer with colleagues, and provide classroom support/coaching as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children to develop social, emotional and behavioral regulation. Associates degree or the equivalent, preferred.
Working conditions:
Full-time, 36 weeks per year, 32.5 hours per week.
