City Year Ameri Corps members coach and mentor students to achieve academic success, improve attendance, and develop positive behaviors in school settings. Training is provided at the start of the year, and you will work closely with teachers and staff throughout the program.
You will engage in 1:1 and small-group tutoring, support literacy and math activities, and help implement behavior management strategies while monitoring student progress in City Year’s data system.
