Kindergarten Para educator
Mast Way Elementary School and Moharimet Elementary School are hiring a Library Para educator to support students in a child‑centered environment with regular and special education staff.
ResponsibilitiesProvide support to students at appropriate developmental levels, assist with classroom instruction, and work as a team member with regular and special education staff.
QualificationsDemonstrated skills and knowledge required to work with students at appropriate developmental levels; early childhood experience and coursework preferred.
Position Highlights- Full‑Time: 6.5 hours per day, 32.5 hours per week.
- Summers off.
- Competitive 10-Step Wage Scale
- Starting at $21.92/hr for entry‑level.
- Up to $29.87/hr for 10+ years of experience.
- Additional Pay for Education
- +.50/hr for Associate Degree.
- +1/hr for Bachelor Degree or higher.
- Medical & Dental Plans
- Two levels of medical; one is 100% paid, the other just $66/month.
- Two levels of dental coverage are available.
- Free $10K Life Insurance Policy.
- Paid Time Off
: 10 sick days + 10 holidays.
