School Behavior Technician or Paraprofessional position in Enfield, New Hampshire. This 36-week contract offers hourly pay up to $33, depending on experience. The role supports middle and high school students with behavioral and emotional assistance.

• Provide behavioral and emotional support to students in middle and high school settings.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under supervision.
• Assist teachers with classroom management and student engagement.
• Monitor student behavior and progress, documenting incidents and developments.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student success.

• Experience working with middle and high school students, strong communication skills, adherence to school policies, background check clearance, and reliable transportation.
