Literacy Initiative Assistant
Are you a student looking to gain valuable experience and enhance your professional portfolio? We have an exciting opportunity for you to assist in the creation, coordination, and administration of innovative, unique literacy initiatives in collaboration with Jaffrey-Rindge elementary schools.
In this role, you will organize and oversee student literacy assistants for engaging after-school activities, held once a week, approximately 4/5 times, leading up to a special Literacy Celebration event. This position offers approximately 10-19 hours of work per week, primarily Monday through Friday during the day, with some evening commitments required for event administration.

Qualifications- Must be a Federal Work Study eligible student.
- Interest in working with elementary-aged youth and in an educational environment is a plus.
- Open to students from all majors, not limited to education.
- Access to a vehicle is preferred, but not required.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.
