• Special Education Certification (strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively, and adjust quickly to shifting needs
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a resilient, student-focused approach
• Experience supporting a range of learners at the elementary level
• Organizational skills for caseload management and progress monitoring

• Deliver specialized instruction to a small caseload (1015 students) in 3rd grade, utilizing both push-in and pull-out models
• Provide flexible academic support for small groups or individual students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades as needs arise
• Partner closely with general education teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive, achievement-driven environment
• Establish and maintain clear expectations, advocate for student needs, and support classroom management best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and open communication regarding student progress and resource requirements
