A multilingual/ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages) para educator works under the guidance of a licensed teacher to support the acquisition of English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). This specialized para educator assists teachers in the classroom with instructional activities, providing individual or small-group English language support, and helps non-native English-speaking students with their academic and social-emotional needs. Key duties include reinforcing lessons, assisting with materials and assignments, and monitoring student progress.

Position is up to 25 hours per week.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but preferred candidates will have an associate's degree or some college education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience working with children and/or English language learners is preferred.
• Organizational and technology skills are needed for tasks like managing student software and completing clerical duties.
