As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will work full-time in partner schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. In collaboration with teachers, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, in-class support, and mentoring that builds students’ confidence and engagement. You will track progress, use data to inform support, and help create an inclusive, positive classroom climate.
