Associate Teacher

About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Teacher to join our educational team in Brookline, NH. In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to support classroom instruction, foster a positive learning environment, and help manage daily classroom activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring educator to gain valuable hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact on the development of young learners.

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and preparing instructional materials.
• Provide individual and small group support to students to reinforce learning concepts.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Supervise students during transition times, recess, and lunch periods.
• Observe and document student progress and behavior to share with the lead teacher.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 credits in Child Growth and Development and at least 1000 of experience working with children in a structured environment, such as a school, child care program, or camp.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required state background checks.
• Available to work until 5:30 pm

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• OR - Valid New Hampshire Para educator certification.
