We are looking for a patient, caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Early Childhood Teacher to join our friendly team! Our center provides a warm, welcoming, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, building positive relationships with families, and working as part of a collaborative teaching team. If you are passionate about early childhood education and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, we would love to hear from you!
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 9 Early Childhood Education (ECE) college credits.
- At least 3 ECE credits must be in Child Growth and Development.
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred.
- Applicants currently enrolled in an ECE program are encouraged to apply.
- Ability and willingness to complete the required 12 hours of annual training or obtain them within the first 3 months.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and positive behavior intervention strategies.
- Willingness to complete required fingerprinting and health forms.
- Professional, dependable, patient, and caring approach to working with children and families.
- Ability to work cooperatively with children, families, and fellow teachers.

What You'll Do- Build warm, respectful, and trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, clean/organized and positive classroom environment.
- Use developmentally appropriate practices and positive behavior guidance strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and contribute positively to the classroom team.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with children, families, and coworkers.
- Maintain high standards for quality care and follow applicable childcare licensing requirements.
- Participate in required training and professional development
