About the role:

As the Component Site Supply Chain Manager, you will be the interface between the site and the WBS organization. You will manage the daily direction of site supply chain resources, and the management of commodities delivered by the site. Responsibilities include capacity planning, schedule understanding, and supplier performance. This position will be located in Newington, NH and onsite five days a week;

you will report to the Sr Director, NSSS and matrix report to the site leader at the Newington facility.

• Provide direct leadership to the team of procurement project managers and supplier performance engineers located at the site
• Direct on-site supplier quality engineers and sourcing specialists (matrix relationship)
• Be the central connection point between the site s operational needs and the broader WBS supply chain structure
• Serve as the WBS Lead for commodities produced at the site
• Be accountable for materials and services cost and budget for all projects at the site
• Lead capacity planning for materials and services required to support the site, including forecasting needs, identifying bottlenecks, and assessing supplier load and capability
• Oversee and track supplier on-time delivery, schedule adherence, production milestones, witness/hold points, inspection readiness, and documentation deliverables to ensure compliance with program requirements
• Work with the WBS team to ensure suppliers are identified and maintained on the Approved Supplier List (ASL)/Qualified Supplier List (QSL) required to support site needs
• Provide linkage between the site and the corporate supply chain organization for commodities sourced outside the APX supply chain structure
• Represent the site in WBS planning meetings, program reviews, and supply chain readiness assessments

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 8+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in engineered products
• Experience leading supplier quality, sourcing, and planning functions

The base salary range for this position, dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500.
