We are seeking an experienced Production Test Engineer (PTE) to support radar production testing at Pelham, NH site for the Hardware Integration Center (HWIC). This fast-paced and highly visible role is essential to ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of the radar systems. The PTE will play a key role in 2nd shift system-level testing activities, collaborating closely with first shift test leads to ensure seamless communication and continuity throughout the testing process.

This position demands strong technical expertise, including troubleshooting and diagnosing system-level issues using on-board diagnostic software, as well as advanced knowledge of radar systems and testing methodologies.

This position is an onsite role, 2nd shift.

• Provide hands‑on support and technical expertise for 2nd shift radar system‑level testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system-level faults.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for hardware testing and support defect resolution through root cause analysis (RCCA) and corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze production test data to ensure compliance, identify trends, and drive process and testing strategy improvements.
• Proactively identify, address, and mitigate vulnerabilities within the test processes to ensure seamless operation and high-quality output.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement by analyzing test data, optimizing methodologies, and implementing best practices.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration among stakeholders in Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Offices to align goals and objectives.
• Ensure safety requirements are met for products, personnel, and test environments, promoting a culture of safety and ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to the development, refinement, and documentation of Factory Test Procedures (FTP) to ensure consistency and efficiency in testing processes.
• May operate equipment such as forklifts or boom lifts, if necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• 1 year of integration or test experience.

• Experience working with radar systems, including the ability to interpret test requirements, read schematics of complex interconnected systems and technical drawings, and troubleshoot faults effectively.
• Hands‑on expertise with RF (Radio Frequency) circuits, including the ability to diagnose and resolve RF-related issues (Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers).
• Experience performing radar performance tests and interpreting diagnostic data to troubleshoot and resolve system faults and experience in radar system maintenance with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with MATLAB and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as shop floor and engineering tools such as PRISM, PDM, and CMES.
