Role: Project Manager or Engineer - Civil/Site
Salary
: $100K - $150K, depending on experience

Permanent/ Direct Hire
Join a tight-knit, in-house development team where you’ll take full ownership of civil/site design and see your projects through from concept to construction.
What you’ll do- Lead complete site design efforts, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, delivering fully stamped plans and reports
- Navigate New Hampshire permitting processes (AoT, water/sewer, and local approvals) with confidence
- Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to solve design challenges and drive value engineering solutions
- Stay involved through construction—providing site oversight, CA review, and field inspections to ensure successful execution
- True project ownership with end-to-end involvement
- A hands-on, problem-solving culture that values field engagement
- Clear growth path with increasing responsibility

- Active New Hampshire PE license and local project experience preferred
- Proven success delivering commercial site designs and securing NH-based permits (including AoT and stormwater)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across design and construction teams
