HEB Engineers is seeking a highly motivated Water & Wastewater Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Team. This full-time role involves leading various water and wastewater projects for public and private clients. Experience

5+ years of experience in civil engineering.

Education

BS or MS in Civil Engineering required.

Licensure

PE required.

Software

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of AutoCAD required.

Key Requirements
  • Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and the public.
  • Experience in the design, planning, construction, and management of wastewater treatment, pumping, and piping.
  • Experience in the design, planning, construction, and management of drinking water supply, distribution, storage, and treatment.
  • Ability to perform complex design calculations, reports, plans, estimates, and specifications.
  • Previous experience with NHDES is a plus.
  • Active participation in professional organization(s) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with business development efforts.
  • Assist in the development of project scopes, fees, and schedules.
  • Prepare and review technical calculations, plans, and schedules.
  • Resolve design conflicts and oversee coordination requirements.
  • Review technical content of all work performed under direct supervision.
  • Develop cost estimates and technical reports.
  • Oversee the development of Permitting, Construction, and Bidding documents.
  • Conduct construction observation and administration tasks.
