  • Maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment controls, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
  • Support plant‑wide electrical troubleshooting alongside technicians, electricians, and process engineers
  • Oversee and improve facility power distribution systems to meet operational demands
  • Lead and support automation upgrades, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, NEC, NFPA, ANSI, and UL safety standards
  • Update and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation using AutoCAD
  • Manage PLC program backups and documentation on plant network systems
  • Promote and support EH&S policies and electrical safety training initiatives
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S+1 and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and maintenance teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in industrial controls, drive systems, and power distribution
  • Experience with PLC programming, automation systems, and instrumentation
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, OSHA)
  • Familiarity with calibration methods and preventive/predictive maintenance
  • Proven ability to lead teams and provide technical guidance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools preferred
