BS degree in technical field – Mechanical or Chemical preferred
5+ years working in a continuous improvement role, managing projects over various sizes and scope
Green or Black Belt in Six Sigma
Ability to manage projects and people and push things through the goal line
BS degree in technical field – same as above
2+ years’ experience in handling special projects and getting something through the finish line
Any Six Sigma certification – maybe they’re currently working through classes for this or have a lower-level certification
What makes you a good fit5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Continuous Improvement, Green/Black Belt Certified
