HEB Engineers is seeking a full‑time Technical Coordinator to join our team in our North Conway, NH office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational, technical writing, and project coordination skills who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment. The position works closely with our engineering and surveying staff to support projects from proposal through closeout by coordinating project documentation, preparing agreements, assisting with technical reports, and helping maintain our quality assurance standards.

HEB Engineers provides civil engineering, structural engineering, transportation engineering, and land surveying services across northern New England, with offices in North Conway, NH and Bridgton, ME. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technical and project support activities for engineering and surveying projects.
  • Prepare professional service agreements, agreement modifications, subconsultant agreements, reports, technical correspondence, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate project records, document production, and quality assurance/quality control reviews.
  • Perform technical research and assist with proposals, permitting activities, and project administration.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Resource Team members to help keep projects organized and on schedule.
  • Help improve processes and support the continued growth of the firm.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment; interact effectively with team members, clients, and the public.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, technical writing, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Professional office or project coordination experience required.
  • Experience with in an engineering, surveying, architectural, construction, or consulting environment preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering technology, construction management, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
