Responsibilities
- Design sanitary, storm, and watermain projects
- Manage project technical tasks including design work, calculations, and writing specifications
- Coordinate design and report deliverables for clients and approval authorities
- Attend meetings with clients and team members
- Implement industry standards and client requirements
- Prepare engineering documents and contract documents
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings and submittals
- Participate in cost estimating under technical leaders' direction
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum of five years of related work experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated efficient task management and technical execution of assigned tasks on multiple concurrent projects
- Broad understanding of municipal engineering and site development design
- General understanding of various construction means and methods
- Requisite knowledge of design and construction codes
- Strong understanding of project document production phases
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Strong presentation and communication skills
