This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Bow, NH. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for electrical and related construction work. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing subcontractors and suppliers, reviewing drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The role involves tracking progress against project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting. The Project Manager will also support cost control, resource allocation, and logistics coordination while fostering effective communication with clients and field personnel.
- Project Management skills to oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material deliveries, vendor follow-up, and critical-path items.
- Inspection skills to verify work quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate equipment, materials, and workforce across project sites.
- Experience in construction or utility/energy projects, preferably in electrical transmission, distribution, or related industries.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency with project management software and standard office applications; familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.
- Commitment to a strong safety culture and ability to support and enforce company safety programs on site.
