Sub Com is seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer in Newington, NH, to drive operational excellence. You’ll analyze processes, coach teams on Lean tools, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to deliver measurable improvements.
Responsibilities include supporting Kaizen events, building dashboards, and ensuring sustainment of gains through standard work and audits. A BS in engineering plus Lean Six Sigma familiarity is required.
