Customer Service Rep

We live for winter, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our team. This is a fully in-office role where you’ll be supporting our network of ski shops, dealers, and riders across the country.

- Help dealers and skiers via phone, email and chat.
- Work closely with our internal sales and warehouse teams.
- Process and manage Preseason and ASAP orders.
- Troubleshoot delivery and order status inquiries.
- Provide technical product support regarding ski, boot, and binding setups (training provided!).
- Great communication skills and an organized mind.
- Reliability and a desire to learn.
- Willingness use every available resource to find answers you don't yet know.
- A love for the mountains and winter sports.
