- Provide staff customer service training to staff through daily line-ups and monthly OSI trainings.
- Maintain ski rental equipment inventory and quality control.
- Knowledge of all work station duties and functions.
- Scheduling and facilitating training for shop staff.
- Help resolve issues provide training prevent them from reoccurring.
- Document all staff related issues and provide information to Director of Skier Services.
- Provide exceptional service to guests.
- Assist with purchasing and receiving rental equipment.
- Processing online rental orders, preparing and organize next day pick up.

- Tech bench
- Interior of base lodge, in all areas of the base lodge.
- Exterior of base lodge with exposure to weather conditions.
- Three years of rental shop experience required.
- Great customer service skills.
