Overview

• Assist customers with daily banking transactions, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Build and enhance customer relationships by solving issues and identifying ways to improve their financial lives.
• Guide customers through account opening and application processes, and provide information on product options.
• Demonstrate a helpful, friendly, positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and strive toward first‑contact resolution.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area and secure all confidential records.
• Adhere to Mascoma Bank’s policies, including BSA/CIP, OFAC monitoring, and security procedures.
• Follow all written policies and procedures of Mascoma Bank.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem‑solving proficiency.
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
• Flexibility with job schedules and locations, including Saturday and early morning drive‑up hours.
• Professional appearance consistent with Mascoma Bank appearance policy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information.

This position will be based out of our Canaan, NH branch.
