Job Overview
Location:
Gilford, New Hampshire, United States of America.
Hours:
Full‑time 40 hours per week.
Pay: $22.00 – $27.75 USD per hour (base salary).
- Accurately process everyday banking transactions on the teller line and using the platform.
- Open, close, and service personal deposit accounts, handle debit and credit card issues, and assist with regulation E, mobile and online banking.
- Provide end‑to‑end financial advice, building trust through educational content, consulting, and proactive recommendations.
- Use TD systems and tools to engage customers, deepen relationships, and attract and retain clients.
- Identify customer financial needs and promote appropriate products, services, or refer to suitable team members or internal partners.
- Manage leads by creating and prioritizing self‑generated leads, partner/retail referrals, campaign leads, and conducting outbound calls and SMS outreach.
- Set and host appointments, schedule or reschedule client meetings, and manage waiting times to meet with bankers.
- Maintain Compliance: follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; complete required training; keep accurate records.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer‑facing experience (volunteer, education, military, or other).
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Teller experience preferred; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Notary License preferred.
