- Provide direct patient care in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
- Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.

- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.

- Current RN license and certification for long-term care nursing.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Proven track record of achieving performance targets in nursing roles.
- Proven experience in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings.
- Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
- Ability to monitor vital signs and report changes promptly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in documenting patient care and maintaining health records.
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives and patient care enhancement.
