Job Description
AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in OSSIPEE, New Hampshire. This 13‑week assignment in a skilled nursing facility involves 8‑hour day shifts.
ResponsibilitiesYour role includes assessing physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients on injury prevention, pain management, and healthy lifestyle techniques, monitoring progress, adjusting plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist; passing the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Experience with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education is recommended.
- Experience in SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility).
- Active state license.
- Start date 12/1.
