Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) — Sunapee, NH Area

When age or health obstacles make daily activities difficult for seniors, you’ll lend your strength and make each day a little brighter. Our client is an elderly woman who needs light care, assistance as needed, and companionship.

The client lives alone with family nearby.

Schedule
  • 3 days a week, 3-4 hours
Pay Rate
  • $22.00/hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
  • Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
  • Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
  • Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
  • Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LNA license in NH
  • Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
  • CPR certification preferred, not required
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions
  • Valid NH driver’s license and transportation
  • Compassionate and helpful nature, good communicator
