Description Management/Leadership Req #: 70409 Summary

The Director - Therapy Services - Mountain Region provides strategic and operational leadership for all inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services across the region, ensuring a cohesive leadership model and alignment with organizational goals. This role is accountable for developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures, enhancing patient access, reducing wait times, improving quality of care, and driving patient satisfaction.

The Director oversees financial performance, capital project implementation, and fosters a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement across all therapy services.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field required;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Current state licensure in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in rehab therapy services, with multi-site or regional responsibility strongly preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements

    Required:

    Financial acumen, strategic planning, and operational improvement experience.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Experience with capital project management and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
