Position SummaryAs a Patient Financial Care Manager, you will oversee the patient financial operations of Haas Dental, ensuring profitability, compliance, and efficient resource use. This role blends accounting, billing, and business strategy. You will collaborate closely with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure patients understand their financial responsibilities and have access to available resources. You will also provide upper management with end-of-month reports relating to provider production and collections as well as outstanding claims and aging balance reports.

Ensure adherence to dental billing regulations
- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
- Experience in healthcare financial counseling, dental billing, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance plans, Medicaid, and financial assistance programs.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and financial tools
- Ability to manage accounts from multiple practice locations
