• Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support individuals in developing communication, social, and life skills
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals under your care
• Encourage participation in community activities and outings
• Follow individualized care plans and contribute to personal goal achievement
• Advocate for the individuals you support
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care
• Accurately document activities and maintain required records

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a passenger van
• Medication Administration Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to support others

• Competitive pay rate: $17 - $22 per hour
• Work hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
