Job Description:

Join our Easterseals NH team in Belmont NH as a Direct Support Associate, where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives.
What You’ll Do:
As a Day Program Direct Support Associate, you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‑building activities such as:
Vocational tasks
Volunteerism
Outings and integrative community experiences
Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.
Compensation:
We have several openings between $19-$21/hr
Hours:
full-time, benefit-eligible 30-35 hours/week, Monday - Friday What We’re Looking For We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Residential Counselor Caregiver Behavior Technician Support Counselor
Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
High School Diploma or GEDGrow with us!
Advance your career through our paid DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an additional $1.50/hour by completing all three levels.
