, you'll combine hands‑on patient care with CPAP and BiPAP therapy while shaping how our services reach the people who need them most. • Educate patients on the purpose and procedures of their treatments, tests, and sleep apnea equipment
• Set and calibrate CPAP and BiPAP machines to prescribed settings
• Fit patients with masks and guide them on proper care and maintenance
• Monitor patient machine usage and report compliance data to insurance providers
• Serve as a liaison between patients and other departments, ensuring feedback is heard and addressed
• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources and represent Sea Breeze in the community
• Act as the organization's clinical leader, setting the standard for quality respiratory care
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
• Balance independent work with collaborative teamwork

Required:

• Associate degree from an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program
• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the State of New Hampshire
• DME experience with CPAP and BiPAP therapy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with webcam-based communication
• A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities
