Position:
Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist)

Salary Range: $40-$43 per hour

Schedule:

35 hours per week, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed. No weekend rotation, but may be required to float to different locations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. This position offers a competitive salary range of $40-$43 per hour and a flexible schedule with no weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve their condition and prevent future injuries
Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care to ensure coordinated and effective treatment
Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to occasionally float to different locations as needed
