Lakes Region VNA and Hospice is seeking a Chaplain (Hospice)/Bereavement to provide compassionate spiritual care across Meredith, NH and surrounding areas. This part-time, per diem role supports patients and families within an interdisciplinary team.
The Chaplain will assess psycho-spiritual needs, collaborate on care plans, and offer rituals, counseling, and crisis support while traveling in the Lakes Region. A Master of Divinity and CPE are required.
