Erickson Senior Living Charlestown campus is hiring a resident-centered PRN Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team. All residents live on campus, enabling you to follow their journey throughout care.
The PT provides holistic care, implements personal care plans, collaborates with the interdisciplinary clinical team, and documents in accordance with reimbursement and regulatory standards. Home Health experience is required, and there is no resident travel.
