We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Rosebrook Lounge and Cave team. The bartender will set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar, greet guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction by checking back frequently. The role also involves servicing the bar, cleaning service areas, assisting departing guests, adhering to uniform appearance standards, and presenting, opening, decanting, and serving wine and Champagne.

• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
