Description
Lead the Standards. Power the Operation. Elevate Every Event.We're looking for an Event Steward to lead back-of-house stewarding operations at The Brook. In this role, you'll oversee sanitation, inventory, equipment management, and team performance to ensure every event and food & beverage operation runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

- Lead daily stewarding and sanitation operations across all food & beverage areas
- Manage inventory, ordering, storage, and cost control of service ware and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Conduct inventories, inspections, and operational walk-throughs
- Train, coach, and supervise stewarding team members
- Coordinate maintenance needs and support successful event execution
- Complete scheduling, payroll, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities
- Stewarding, banquet, hospitality, or food & beverage leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and inventory management
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and events
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout shifts
