Front Desk Agent role at Residence Inn by Marriott in North Conway, New Hampshire.

As the friendly face that welcomes visitors, you will create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Daily Pay feature allows you to receive earnings on any day that you prefer. Referral bonus up to $500.

• Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor while interacting with all guests.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensure proper payment is received, special requests are noted & fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
• Answer the phone in a professional & helpful manner.
• Follow procedures on posting charges and settling guest accounts.
• Effectively address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Hotel policies.
• Practice punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Flexible Schedule with AM & PM Shifts, Must have weekend availability.

Full Time.

$18 Per Hour.

• Customer Service Experience.
• Hotel Experience a plus but NOT required.
• Reliability.
• Attention to detail.
• FOSSE knowledge a plus but NOT required.
