Position Purpose

Serve as the interim HR Systems Leader focusing on a System implementation and migration with Workday, co-owner of data integrity and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for new system integration and data migration, system maintenance, optimization, configuration, testing, and analysis to ensure exceptional user experience.

This is a flexible role that can be fully remote with some travel or hybrid with three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Workday / HRIS Implementation Leadership
  • Serve as the primary project manager for the Workday system implementation, on time system implementations, problem solving for necessary outages or errors at launch, data integrity, collaboration with the overall North America Workday Project Manager, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead in initiatives that collaborate with key stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Recruitment and IT teams) to gather and document business requirements to support system configuration.
  • Assist in the implementation of HRIS modules, included but not limited to testing workflows to meet business requirements and supporting go-live initiatives.
  • Support data conversion, EIBs, and integrations between multiple systems and correlated analysis to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in trainings efforts, creating user guides, FAQs, quick reference materials, and delivering training.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and escalations, provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues, ensuring operational continuity, reliability, security, and compliance
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to HR team members on system capabilities and process improvements.
  • Enforce HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or enhancements as needed
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support HR analytics and decision-making, in partnership with HRIS Analyst
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot, configure, test, and deploy Workday modules.
Project Management
  • Serve as local project manager for Lindt USA, ensuring on time implementations and flagging areas of outage or errors at go-live, collaborating closely with our North America Project Manager
  • Work with key stakeholders on project planning, communications, and other deliverables for HRIS implementation.
  • Assist in Managing relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders or vendors to troubleshoot, configure, test and deploy workday modules.
Qualifications & Requirements Skills & Knowledge
  • 5+ years hands on experience with HR systems
  • Workday System knowledge is required, ADP and Cornerstone System Knowledge is a plus
  • Strong expertise and successful implementation of Workday
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes, practices, and compliance
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead projects
  • Ability to explain complex concepts and drive process improvements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required
