We’re looking for a visionary, hands‑on Dev Ops Manager / Lead to shape and scale our Dev Ops practice. What

You’ll Do
  • Lead & Grow a Team
    • Mentor and develop a high‑performing Dev Ops team (2–5 engineers), fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Own the Dev Ops Strategy
    • Define and execute our Azure Dev Ops vision and roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals
  • Stay Hands‑On
    • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and modern tooling
  • Drive Cloud & Modernization Initiatives
    • Lead efforts to modernize applications and platforms in a cloud‑first environment
  • Enable Scalable Delivery
    • Partner with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and speed
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code
    • Use ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or similar tools to build and manage infrastructure
  • Support Data & Analytics Pipelines
    • Build CI/CD for Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI, and database deployments
  • Advance Dev Sec Ops  & MLOps
    • Implement secure, automated pipelines for applications, data, and AI/ML workloads
  • Optimize & Govern
    • Improve cloud performance, cost efficiency, and ensure compliance and best practices
  • Act as a Technical Leader
    • Serve as an escalation point and collaborate across architecture, security, and product teams
What You Bring
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (infrastructure, networking, identity, platform services)
  • Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, or Azure PaaS
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, Dev Sec Ops , and governance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • Passion for mentoring and building high‑performing teams
Your Experience
  • Proven success as a Dev Ops Lead or Manager with direct people leadership
  • Strong balance of hands‑on engineering and strategic leadership
  • Experience managing production cloud environments at scale
  • Track record of improving delivery reliability and engineering velocity
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally across engineering, security, and product teams

Education
