Description
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems including audio, video, LED walls, control systems, and digital signage
- Provide AV support for live entertainment, events, meetings, and promotions
- Assist with event setup and strike, as well as routine system maintenance
- Monitor performance and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and event partners to meet technical needs
- Follow safety standards and assist in maintaining equipment records and inventory
Requirements
- Willingness to perform hands-on AV work in an active environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Preferred: experience supporting live events and familiarity with networked AV systems (e.g., Dante, QSYS, AHM)
