You'll work across functions to influence outcomes, manage key projects, and ensure controls are effective, scalable, and future‑ready.
Work that matters– What you’ll be doing
- Lead and manage key projects enhancing controls through data, automation, and AI
- Engage and influence a broad range of global stakeholders across Risk, Audit, and Technology
- Embed AI‑driven solutions to automate and optimise controls testing and monitoring
- Apply advanced data analytics to evaluate control performance and identify emerging risks
- Develop reporting frameworks and scalable, governed automation solutions
- Strong technical expertise in data analytics, automation, and AI, including advanced Python skills
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end projects in data and automation
- Strong understanding of risk & controls frameworks, ideally within a regulated environment
- Experience developing analytical and automation solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Delivery‑focused, with strong ownership of projects and outcomes
- Able to translating technical insights into business value
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and competing demands
- Strong governance and risk mindset
- Experience working in a regulated environment would be advantageous
- Hybrid role - 40% office base
