You'll work across functions to influence outcomes, manage key projects, and ensure controls are effective, scalable, and future‑ready.

• Lead and manage key projects enhancing controls through data, automation, and AI
• Engage and influence a broad range of global stakeholders across Risk, Audit, and Technology
• Embed AI‑driven solutions to automate and optimise controls testing and monitoring
• Apply advanced data analytics to evaluate control performance and identify emerging risks
• Develop reporting frameworks and scalable, governed automation solutions

• Strong technical expertise in data analytics, automation, and AI, including advanced Python skills
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end projects in data and automation
• Strong understanding of risk & controls frameworks, ideally within a regulated environment
• Experience developing analytical and automation solutions that drive measurable outcomes

• Delivery‑focused, with strong ownership of projects and outcomes
• Able to translating technical insights into business value
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and competing demands
• Strong governance and risk mindset
• Experience working in a regulated environment would be advantageous

• Hybrid role - 40% office base
