Description

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems including audio, video, LED walls, control systems, and digital signage
• Provide AV support for live entertainment, events, meetings, and promotions
• Assist with event setup and strike, as well as routine system maintenance
• Monitor performance and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and event partners to meet technical needs
• Follow safety standards and assist in maintaining equipment records and inventory

• Willingness to perform hands-on AV work in an active environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred: experience supporting live events and familiarity with networked AV systems (e.g., Dante, QSYS, AHM)
