We're looking for a customer-focused IT Technician to join our team at The Brook. In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networks, and business systems while helping employees stay connected, productive, and successful. What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Provide remote and in-person support to end users
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and hardware deployment
  • Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, and user access
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and IT assets accurately
  • Help maintain reliable day-to-day technology operations across the organization
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and basic networking
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred
