Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix Remedy force Administrator / ITSM Specialist to manage, configure, and enhance our Remedy force platform. The role involves SLA configuration, workflow administration, AI-driven enhancements, and governance reporting to ensure efficient IT service management operations. The candidate will define and execute a clear roadmap for SLA automation and AI implementation within Remedy force.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and configure the BMC Helix Remedy force tool
, including workflows and service management processes. - Perform SLA configuration, assessment, and reporting to ensure compliance and governance.
- Implement and manage AI configurations and enhancements within Remedy force to improve automation and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define a roadmap for AI and SLA automation in Remedy force.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for Remedy force users.
- Generate SLA and AI-related reports for management and governance purposes.
- Ensure Remedy force configurations align with IT service management best practices.
