Business Support Representative

This position supports the analysis and assessment of data within Planning and Supply (PPS) and effectively communicates key information to Order Management and Commercial teams. Your responsibilities include reporting on sales orders, managing SAP sample entries, monitoring safety stock and inventory, facilitating regional communications, handling hyper‑care for export orders, acting as backup for rebate and dispute resolution activities, and supporting various data and master‑data tasks.

• Support the analysis and assessment of data within PPS and communicate information to Order Management and Commercial.
• Provide PPS analysis, assessment, and reporting of sales‑order related information, including supply problems, lead‑time issues, and late order availability.
• Handle SAP sample order entry to support internal production trials for the Innovation Team and replenish SDF off‑SAP sample inventory.
• Work with master data to create material numbers, update JTS, extend material numbers, and review production status.
• Support safety stock and inventory review, forecast, and release analysis.
• Facilitate communications and support questions from other regions (OM/CO) regarding NA SF lead times, expedites, date management, and related topics.
• Provide hyper‑care for export orders to ensure proper date maintenance and order changes.
• Coordinate data for daily PPS meetings (incoming orders, expedites, etc.).
• Maintain a shared file on Teams.
• Support monthly health checks on sales orders for date‑maintenance issues.
• Act as backup for rebate management and coordinate dispute resolution.
• Ensure master data is properly set up for new incoming orders and monitor lead‑time management with MD, OM, and CO.
• Support CO on entering approved debits/credits for customers.
• Attend MRB and Accounts Receivable meetings for material/customer issues, collaborating with P&T and planning as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.

• 3+ years of SAP experience, preferably in an OM/ Supply Chain role.
• Experience in Supply Chain Function / Order Management.

• Strong job performance in all areas with increasing role responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of order management, logistics, product planning, and customer relationships.
• Proficient data‑collection and analytical skills with the ability to present and report data clearly and concisely.
• Experience with forecasts, safety stock, and inventory allocation.
