Position OverviewThe Supply Chain Process and Data Analyst will work across the end-to-end supply and value chain to deliver precision, velocity, and quality results. The role involves importing foreign sourced raw materials and components, managing the new Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), and overseeing ship loading and installation worldwide. The analyst will create business value through data analysis, dashboard development, process re‑engineering, and the creation of core documents and databases.
Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Operations Leader, the analyst will optimize logistics, inventory, and procurement, and collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Create and maintain dashboards (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to track KPIs such as inventory turnover, delivery times, and supplier performance. - Process Development, Documentation, and Digitization:
Create integrated process diagrams, align with accountability matrices (RACI), and curate in a digital repository. - Process Improvement:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bottlenecks in the end‑to‑end supply chain to optimize costs and boost velocity, quality, and performance. - Program and Project Management:
Oversee greenfield and improvement initiatives, ensuring proper planning, charter development, team management, stage‑gate adherence, and status reporting. - Master Data Management:
Maintain data integrity across systems (ERP, SQL), ensuring accurate procurement and warehouse records. - Collaboration:
Coordinate internally across Plan, Buy, Make, Deliver functions to ensure continuity of supply and continuous improvement activities.
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) required.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Understanding of logistics, procurement, production planning, and inventory management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey data insights to cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in high‑tech electronics, discrete manufacturing, or marine operations management.
- Curious, detail‑oriented, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
