Timberland: Supply Planner; Americas

Supply & Demand Planner, PRO Footwear (Timberland Americas)

We’re looking for a Supply & Demand Planner to analyze, manage, and execute purchase requisitions based on demand, forecast, and inventory plans. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply & Demand Planning and provides operational and analytical support across supply chain processes to ensure product availability and on‑time deliveries.

• Deliver an accurate demand plan to achieve brand inventory and on‑time targets, meeting forecast accuracy objectives.
• Recommend and execute product purchases based on demand inputs, inventory levels, vendor capacity, minimums, and buy readiness.
• Issue purchase requisitions to sourcing teams and share relevant supply information with commercial, logistics, and customer service teams regularly.
• Follow up on purchase orders, internal requests, and alert stakeholders about potential delays.
• Analyze supply‑demand matches to identify issues and opportunities, and partner with sales, merchandising, and global production to mitigate risks.
• Drive the expedite process with Global Supply Planning as needed and adjust supply timing to improve customer service and meet inventory objectives.
• Maintain databases tracking seasonal performance, product launches, and collaborations.
• Support inventory transfers between warehouses or channels and maintain updated demand, supply, and future‑buy reports.
• Prepare summaries for weekly meetings and maintain system integrity for demand and supply data.
• Provide analysis and pursue improvements related to shipping, inventory, SC&O efficiency, systems, and processes.

• Over 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting large data sets and translating findings into actionable plans.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Result‑driven, passionate about the business, and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and formula writing.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities in a team environment.
• Preferred: familiarity with SAP, Logility, and Power BI.

This role operates on a hybrid model and requires working 3 days a week from the Stratham, New Hampshire office.

Hiring range: $72,000.00 USD – $90,000.00 USD annually.

Incentive potential may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission.
