Indirect Contract Manager – Supply Chain & Procurement
Location: Newington, NH
Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually + 6% Bonus
Schedule: In office | Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Indirect Contract Manager to support supply chain, procurement, and supplier agreement activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, including supply, development, and service agreements.
- Lead the RFI, RFQ, and RFP process to evaluate supplier capabilities and sourcing opportunities.
- Develop sourcing strategies and identify new suppliers to support business objectives.
- Conduct cost, price, and value analysis to ensure competitive supplier agreements.
- Partner with legal, procurement, operations, engineering, and manufacturing teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Maintain contract databases and ensure compliance with contract lifecycle requirements.
- Develop and implement supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support contract execution, purchase order activities, and supplier negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of contract management, procurement, or supply chain experience.
- Experience reviewing, editing, and negotiating supplier agreements.
- Knowledge of Oracle or other contract management systems.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
